Baytown family receives new home through Habitat build
Delores Ellis of the Baytown Pilot Club presents a gift card as the Martinez Thomas family receives a new home aided by Baytown Habitat for Humanity. Thomas, mother of three, works for Goose Creek CISD and studies at Lee College, with her children Demoria Joseph and Quis Lynn praising the volunteers’ dedication. The project, resilient through Hurricane Harvey delays, features community support from Tree Life Farms and the Mt. Rose City of Refuge Church of Christ.
