Baytown Police Beat Highlights Stolen Parrots Burglaries
A Baytown resident reports two parrots stolen from a porch valued about 1800 in the 200 block of Humble Avenue between 9 p.m. Saturday and 2 a.m. Sunday. Other incidents include ferrets taken in a Garth Road burglary, a broken window entry with no theft, a suspected aggravated assault with a vehicle, a public intoxication arrest, and 28 offense reports from midnight Sunday to 6 a.m. Monday.

Between April 12 and 13 a white Nissan pickup at a Miller Street residence was burglarized with about 50 dollars in change stolen. On April 19 to 20 a blue GMC pickup parked at a gated FM 2354 residence was broken into, a pink duffle bag worth 200 dollars and a black stainless Smith and Wesson 380 pistol taken.
