A 23 year old Baytown man Efrain Lucatero died in a single vehicle crash near Blue Heron Parkway and Barbaloo Road after a late night stop. Police said the driver over turned as officers arrived and are investigating. Police also reported an arrest for evading arrest in a separate incident involving Raymon Cortez. A police dog assisted in the Nassau Bay arrest of Henry for evading arrest.
