Teacher Hall faces county judge over district dispute
Hall testified that she warned about a student’s potential placement and alleged information withheld about another former student accused of sexual assault. Poole and supporters argued the actions harmed special needs students and accused the board of retaliation for using unorthodox teaching methods. The board unanimously upheld the termination on a probationary contract, amid calls from advocates for better accessibility and transparency in personnel decisions.
