In Baytonians a Saturday election will decide a council District Five run off between incumbent W D Reeves and Walter H Boucher and two bond issues totaling 1 005 000 for sewer 525 000 and water system improvements 480 000 Both failed in the April 1 election by margins of 399 to 1326 and 1436 to 1265 A prior 2 million bond proposal for drainage streets water and sewer was rejected last November 20 Only tax paying property owners may vote and certified tax rolls for 1950 and 1951 will be used to verify eligibility Reeves opposes the bonds while Boucher supports them
