Suspects Sought in Jenkins Park Vandalism and Burglaries
Police report a string of crimes at Jenkins Park including burglaries of the Pony League concession stand on March 27 April 8 and April 15 and a vandalism incident on April 9. Detectives say entry was gained by breaking a wall in the April 15 burglary with theft of food drinks supplies cooking equipment a convection oven and a deep fryer and additional damage to the building.

The San Jacinto Day Festival at the San Jacinto Battleground features a 3 pm battle reenactment by hundreds of volunteers and history groups.
