Class of 1952 bonds endure through Goose Creek reunion
Marilyn, once a Robert E. Lee English teacher now retired from Lamar High Arlington, recalls teachers who shaped her love of science and the enduring ties of the Goose Creek class of 1952. She and AEL classmates will celebrate a 55-year reunion at Goose Creek Country Club, likening their era to a lifetime experience and noting the strong network formed among Goose Creek friends and their families. Wanda Orton, former Baytown Sun managing editor, is mentioned in connection with the piece.
