The June 8 2015 deadline is established to submit an Economic and Property Damages claim with BP Exploration and Production Inc and BP America Production Company related to the Deepwater Horizon Oil Spill. Eligible claimants should act soon to file.
The E and P D Settlement Class covers people, businesses, entities, and properties in Louisiana, Alabama, Mississippi, and parts of Texas and Florida harmed by the April 20 2010 Deepwater Horizon oil spill. The site DeepwaterHorizonSettlements com includes maps and descriptions to determine inclusion. Call 1 866 992 6174 or email DeepwaterHorizonEconomicSettlement com to learn if a location is included.
The settlement offers seven categories for claims of economic loss or property damage from the Deepwater Horizon incident. Categories include Economic Damage, Loss of Subsistence Vessel, Physical Damage, Real Property Sales Damage, Vessels of Opportunity Charter Payment, Coastal Real Property Damage, and Wetlands Real Property Damage. Seafood Compensation claims deadline has passed.
