UTSA Lab Studies Sudden Infant Death Syndrome
A UT Medical School laboratory in San Antonio is studying sudden infant death syndrome using high risk infants in affiliated nurseries. The Ja son Alan Nuhn Memorial Lab, funded by the Nuhn and Williamson families, will test data from embedded shirts with telemetered heart rate, respiration, and skin temperature transmitted to a computer for rapid review.
