Rain clouds threaten Easter sunrise service at Stallworth Stadium
Forecasters predict cold wet Easter morning with mid 60s high and low 30s. Organizers aim to attract 4,000 and possibly double it at Stallworth Stadium, with plan to move to Cedar Bayou United Methodist if needed and translations to Spanish for this year's service led by Rev. Tommy Meekins. Former Rockets star Elvin Hayes to deliver message amid community prayers and musical guests. Service starts at 6 am on Easter Sunday, with hope for good weather but faith if rain arrives.
