Baytown approves sex offender ordinance to curb influx
Baytown officials and police promote a new ordinance aimed at preventing convicted sex offenders from moving into the city. With 220 plus registered offenders listed in the DPS registry, Baytown fears rising inflows and hopes the measure will curb new arrivals.
