Rogers Realty buys about half of the 37 lots in Flamenco Addition off Baytown gore Road. Construction will continue with eight homes under way and eight more to start in 30 days. Homes priced between 26 000 and 35 000 with varied styles including Spanish and Mediterranean. David Rogers Realty has purchased the land.

Virginia De Laune, a former Baytonian, is appointed manager of the Woodforest Chateau Apartments at 13501 Woodforest Blvd in Woodforest Community near Uvalde Road and I 10.
