Baytown VFW Turkey Shoot under way for fundraiser
The Baytown VFW hosts its sixth annual April Turkey Shoot at the VFW Hall on N Main, a weekend event in April except Easter Sunday. Adults per session use a shotgun to target a prize, with proceeds aiding service members and veterans programs. A children’s Chicken Shoot runs with adult accompaniment, plus a DAV Mobile Service Officers Van event on April 21. The hall hosts food sales by the Ladies Auxiliary and a rifle auction by the Vietnam Veterans of America.
