Abilene Man Jailed Over Smoking Ban Violation
Brian Wayne Hendrix, 44, was arrested on an outstanding warrant for smoking in public after a traffic stop in Abilene. He had been cited Feb 24 for smoking in a public place and did not appear in court, leading to a March 6 arrest warrant. Hendrix posted a $150 bond and was released.
