A Channelview man, 24-year-old Jerry D. Cobb, is in fair condition at Tidelands Hospital after a one car crash on Market Street Road near the San Jacinto Ord Depot entrance at 5 30 p m Wednesday. Cobb, returning from Baker Oil Tool Co. in Houston to 16034 Clearmeadow Drive, reportedly lost control on a rain slick road as his car spun and rolled over him. No charges were filed.
