Curtis C. Wilcox 64 died Saturday morning in Chambers Memorial Hospital Anahuac. Burial was in Anahuac Cemetery. He owned Wilcox Drug Store and was survived by his wife and a son Gylene Wilcox of Houston. The city’s civil service dispute over his reinstatement following retirement is discussed by officials.
