Police found Charles Michael Carlsen dead in his bathroom amid substantial hoard of gun powder ammunition and weapons in a Mont Belvieu apartment in the 9000 block of Highway 146. About 70 residents were evacuated as officers secured the scene and investigated items that raised alarm.
