Lee College faces Prairie View A&M in college tennis all day. High school tennis includes Sterling Crosby Goose Creek Memorial Lee at Baytown Tourney. Lee College, ranked third, suffered a 9-0 loss to national No. 2 Tyler Junior College. Nadia Lee and Manuela Gomez fell in doubles, and Lee lost 6-0 6-0 in singles while Gomez dropped 6-2 6-3 to Sun Wen. Frederique Sunstrum retired 2-0 due to injury. Lee coach Jason Haynes faulted the effort and praised Tyler as one of the best teams, noting their late arrival and fire. The Lady Rebels sit at 11-1-5 and face an uncertain season ahead.
