Bayard Town Council met in regular session June 3 1968 with Mayor Kenneth Robinson presiding. Attending were Vaux Lyons Patterson Laughery. Siedhhoff absent. Minutes of prior meetings read and approved. Clerk's financial report presented. Bills approved and ordered paid. Resolution authorized payment for well repair and filter work to First State Bank of Stuart Iowa. motion approved with four ayes.

Special Bayard town council meeting on June 24 1968 with Mayor Robinson and four members present approved completing street repairs by Smith Construction at about 3375.95 dollars and accepted a 500 dollar water line settlement from Bayard Community Development Inc. The session adjourned after a general discussion of town business.
