Santa Fe Mill Sees Major Zinc Lead Recovery Boost
The Santa Fe mill reported a sharp rise in output after turning in 402,680 pounds of zinc ore and 60,700 pounds of lead. It held in bins over 200,000 pounds of high grade zinc ore and 100,000 pounds of low grade zinc ore plus 12,000 pounds of lead. The 860 ton capacity plant uses Fairbanks Morse oil engines.
