Mr. and Mrs. Wallace Patch of Emporia Kans guests of Mrs. D Beathon. W A Blair ex county clerk of Labette county has bought the Oswego Independent and has taken charge. The Independent is one of the very best papers in Labette county. Mr Blair is fortunate in securing so good a property.
