County to build concrete bridge at foot of hill
Calvin Cooper county engineer told the city council of plans to let a contract for a new concrete bridge at the foot of the hill on the Joplin road approach to the city. The county will also fill at the hill base and asks the city to share in lowering the hill grade by moving dirt, potentially about 1000 dollars.
