Candidates for mayor ward councilmen city treasurer board of education treasurer and members will be named. The meeting is open to all interested and will not tolerate dark lantern methods.
Mayor Chas M. Jones proclaims an election in Baxter Springs Kansas for ward officers including mayor police judge city treasurer and education treasurer councilmen in each ward. He designates judges and clerks for each ward and lists polling places Perkins Building City Building and Preston Buttons residence. Bonded attestation dated March 11 1913.
