Residents push Main Street opening in third ward petition
Property owners in the third ward circulate a petition to open Main street between Wyandotte and Miami. Citizens vow to cover city taxes to join town. Berryville Architect Plans New Wholesale Grocery Plant
J B Dodson of Berryville Ark reports his firm has begun plans for a new wholesale grocery building near the M O G depot. The 80 by 100 foot two story structure with basement will be financed by Berryville financiers and cost about 100000. Ground was broken yesterday and construction is set to proceed once contracts are awarded. The project includes a fishery and retail space as part of the facility. The company will operate with savings from Baxter Savings & Loan Association. A building plant from Bottom Jackson’s is handling the lean.
