Baxter Springs approves animal reclaim rules in ordinance update
An amendment to Ordinance No 17 of Baxter Springs Kansas allows any person to reclaim an impounded animal from the pound at any time before sale by proving ownership and paying expenses including advertising fees and a one dollar penalty. The measure repeals conflicting ordinances and takes effect after publication in Cherokee County records.
