Mrs Hattie E Simmons of Baxter Springs named teacher at Lapointe Indian schools in Wisconsin. Mrs Simmons took civil service exam at Kanva City last fall. Mrs S J Foster and family from Dresden arrive in Baxter. Prof M L Catlett rehired as Baxter public schools superintendent. Catlett praised for the year just closed.
