Webster will retain Merrymeeting Camp and Brushwood ownership.
Solomon K. Greenblatt, a Bath businessman who has run a tailoring shop at Front and Arch streets since 1914, was welcomed back to the business district after a 10 week illness. He plans to work briefly daily at 135 Front Street as he fully recovers. He came from Boston 39 years ago and acquired the block in 1926.

At Municipal Court Frank J. Mitchell of Wellesley Massachusetts pleaded guilty to speeding 75 mph in a 45 mph zone on U S Highway 1 at Woolwich and paid 10 dollar fine plus 4 70 costs. Richard Rollins of Nobleboro pleaded guilty to operating an unmarked truck and paid 10 dollar fine plus 6 30 costs. Althea L. Foster of Fairfield Connecticut found guilty of fishing without a license and fined 10 dollars plus 7 70 costs with fine and costs suspended and case filed. Donald S. Higgins State Game Warden was the complainant.
Four Bath men pleaded guilty to intoxication and were fined 10 dollars plus 5.15 dollars costs or 30 days in Augusta jail. A Bath woman also pleaded guilty and received 30 days in jail with sentence suspended and six months probation. Patrolman Robert E Wagner Jr was the complainant in all five cases.
Eugene Albert, 21, Bath, fined $5 plus $4.70 costs for driving without a license after Bath Municipal court session. Police officer John Kelliher was the complainant. Robert Andrews of Portland admitted to being at the scene of an accident in Richmond Saturday night and was fined $10 plus $4.70 costs by Judge Gardiner R. Deering. Slight property damage occurred. State Trooper James Milligan arrested.
A Bath woman pled guilty before Judge Gardiner R. Deering in municipal court for intoxication. She was fined $5 plus $5.15 costs or 15 days in Augusta jail. Patrolman John M. Kelliher was the complainant.

Sheriff Lorin g D Small of West Bath investigated both incidents.
The first bushel of 1951 Montsweag apples, picked at Mrs. Sumner Sewall’s Montsweag farm near Bath, is of excellent quality. Sewall relocated Merrymeeting Nursery from Brunswick Air Base to the Montsweag site, expanding to about 1,000 apple trees and 3,500 pine trees, with the operation growing toward a Route No. 1 scale in the area.
