The Bath Retail Trade Board completed plans for a Halloween window painting contest set for October 29 to 31. Judges include Mrs. Augustus H. Huse Edward J. Pomeroy and Maria St. Angelo. Prizes will be awarded in three age classes with scenes painted on local store windows and a Parade of Horribles on October 31.
