Bath Municipal Court fined several motorists on Saturday morning. Charles F Baxter Jr of Freeport pleaded guilty to DUI with a $100 fine and $14.11 costs. John J Friel of Bath paid $10 and $4.70 costs for speeding on North Street. Mrs Gladys H Cox of Woolwich paid $10 and $4.70 costs for no license. Roland Beaudoin of Brunswick was fined $25 plus $6.30 costs for leaving the scene of an accident and $26 plus $4.70 costs on an additional warrant for failure to report an accident. Beaudon allegedly hit a utility pole in Topsham and caused further damage on Winter Street.
