Earl R. Trott of Lemont Street New England Tel and Tel employee used first aid after Andrew Lemoine was rescued from the sea at Popham Beach Sunday. Trott’s treatment, learned in a course for telephone workers, revived Lemoine within eight minutes, sparking life signs and recovery.
