Sadlak plan seen as best tax fix for small business

A study by David M. Melthrop argues current tax proposals fail small businesses. The Sadlak Bill HLWR 6452, sponsored by Representative Sadlak of Connecticut, would cut individual rates and corporate rates from 53 percent to 42 percent over five years, with possible nine-year extension to avoid deficit. It aims to use revenue growth from expansion to fund tax relief for all taxpayers and firms, benefiting both small and large businesses.
