Red Cross Garden Party at Phips Point Enriches Woolwich Branch
The Woolwich branch of Bath chapter American Red Cross raised 92.50 at a garden party held last week at the Summer home of ex Gov and Mrs Wm Tudor Gardiner at historic Phips Point. About 200 guests toured the grounds and mansion once home to Sir William Phips with views of Hockomock bay as servers offered tea and coffee.

Sampson Trial Trip Delayed by Dense Fog
