Demand for Grayfish Widens Across States

Canned crayfish have been on the market under a year and are sold in 30 states plus the District of Columbia. Retailers struggle to meet demand as small canneries rise on the Pacific coast where fish are plentiful. Agriculture tests indicate high digestibility of strayfish comparable to other common foods.
