Bath Party Returns From Fishing Trip
Mr and Mrs Chester A Plant and daughter Carolyn of Bath and Wallace Mant of Portland returned from a weeklong fishing trip at Lambert Lake. They caught a four pound simon and many large trout. Deer, fox, and bear sightings enriched the trip. They visited Big Tomah stream near the Canadian boundary and crossed into Canada to view the boundary bridge. The party arrived home Thursday night pleased with the camp and memories.

Nickerson Receives Severe Sentence in Androscoggin Court
Nickerson of Auburn, formerly Bath, arraigned June 28 before Justice Oakes.
