F. Card. Abbie Mann returns to Parker Head after village visit.
Henry White of New Haven spending Christmas with his father John White in West Bath. Mr. and Mrs. A. H. Donnell visited Portland to attend the Maine State Grange session. Mrs. Henry Hansen awaits her sister and brother in law from Australia visiting via rail from San Francisco. Miss Alice Bates of Beachmont Mass visits grandfather Jenks J. Mitchell in Beachmont.
At its regular meeting on Tuesday December 21 Phippsburg Dromore Grange elected officers led by Master Reuben Purington and Secretary Bessie Dickinson. Later L A Stew ard and Co s barge No 1 carried 40 000 feet of clear lumber from Pemaquid Falls to Bath but ran into drift ice at Arowsic Bridge and was freed by the steamer Nahanada.

Pupils at Murphy's Corner school performed a Christmas program on December 22 featuring songs recitations and duets. A Christmas basket delighted the children and the teacher received a gift. Lawrence B Greenwood renowned singing evangelist arrives in Bath for a union revival campaign following successful prior visits in Winter Street Church and People's Church. The first week runs Dec 26 to Jan 3 at Corliss Street Church with nightly services except Monday and Saturday at 7 15 led by ministers including D L Wilson C H Potter M C Duncklee S A Evans and C R Chappell.
