Unusual Bath Shipyard Launch Ends With Overboard Flow
The Bath shipyards celebrate an unusual event as the Flow and Notre Dame launch after being left on the ways. The Flow slips overboard easily while the Notre Dame requires a two hour effort with tug Seguin, a 65 ton overhead crane, and hydraulic jacks. The crane repeatedly strained to move the boat as cables broke under load, yet the team persevered and succeeded.
