Lumber crew caravan draws small crowd in Woolwich
H. E. McKay moved his lumbering crew from North Bath to Woolwich on Tuesday. The caravan drew interest as it crossed city streets and boarded the Hockomock, featuring two oxen pairs, three horse pairs, a motor truck, and McKay’s private car. Water scarcity forced the move from the North Bath woods.
