Joseph Catlin about 60, unemployed, living near Bishop's Wharf, sustained minor injuries at 1 10 p m Friday when struck by a car at Center and Washington streets. Driver Dr DeForest Day of Wiscasset operated the automobile. Catlin was taken to Memorial hospital and examined as not seriously hurt, with minor head cuts and a bruised shoulder. Police Officer Percy W Kingsbury investigated. no charges filed against Dr Day.
