Charles A. Lacombe of Portland pleaded guilty to driving under the influence and received a $400 fine and six months in jail, to be suspended on payment. Five men admitted digging blood worms in Georgetown without a license, including Robert Chapman and Arthur Brouslett of Dresden, George A Meserve and Philip J Forbes of Portland, and Charles W Curtis of Richmond. Maine Sea & Shore Fisheries wardens were complainants. Francis C. McKown of East Boothbay pled guilty to speeding on the Leeman Highway in Bath, paying $5 fine and $4.70 costs. Edwin W. Baird of Wiscasset paid $10 and $4.70 costs for speeding in Woolwich.
