Rotarians View Navajo Supai Indians Visit

He described desert landscapes, traditional ceremonies, and practical efforts to move a Quonset hut using a helicopter, with focus on culture, craftsmanship, and irrigation challenges. Slate of Proposed Officers of Legion Presented Tuesday
The slate of officers to be voted upon at the next regular meeting May 7 was presented during the bi monthly meeting of Smith Tobey American Legion Post Tuesday evening. The nominating committee members were Robert Stevens Forrest Legard and Francis McLaughlin. The proposed slate includes Russell N Turcotte for commander Charles W Paradis for first vice commander Dr Victor Carey for second vice commander Robert Darling for adjutant William O Wagner for finance officer Reginald L Parker for chaplain Gardiner Rogers for post service officer Frank Reinoehl for assistant post service officer and sergeant public relations. Post members wrote the slate after the showing of the American Legion national convention parade moving pictures obtained for continued coverage on page six.
