Clare Nickerson once of Bath has been found in Boston after nearly three years as a suspect in an assault on Deputy Sheriff H F Dobbins in 1924. Nickerson, also known as Ralph Elliott, faces charges of reckless driving liquor possession illegal transport and assault. He was captured at 2 Worcester Square after an apartment search by Officers Di Sessa and Joyce. The car linked to him, a Studebaker registered to Bath, contained liquor. Extradi tion efforts were planned as he fights the case in court.
The Colonial club plans its annual track meet at the YM YWCA this evening with two teams the Miniscows led by Ray Hayward and the Tin Lizzies led by Arthur L.B. Scott.
