Tsadare Roissel of Lewiston and Nashua was arrested by Chief William TR Edwards after a trunk of alcohol was seized in his Elm Street room. Capt Hartley K Danton S82 of 35 Mechanic Street died suddenly in West Palm Beach Florida after a brief illness. Born January 21 1844 in Westport he lived much of his life in Bath and served in Co 10 Third Maine Infantry enlisting in 1861 at age 18 and discharged 1862 for disability from Fair Oaks. He was adjutant of Sedgwick Post G A R and city marshal and council member for Bath. He captained ships including the bari W K Tolcomb and was a Mason. He married twice to Ellen Chadwick and leaves three sons Fred F Ralph H T of Bath and Ray Dunton of Portland and a daughter Mrs William A Furber of Bath. He enjoyed recalling seafaring adventures from around the world.
