Andrew Benz and wife visited relatives in Hamburg Saturday evening and Sunday. Harry Ferkenhoff traveled to Nicholasville to visit friends. A battery buster in Batesville is reported lost with finder rewarded by H. B. Greeman. The ad touts Mocha and Java coffee at 18 cents a pound, below city prices. H. Krome.
For sale one mare and one gelding suitable for farming or driving. Also a two seat carriage. Walter H. Fitch Spades Indiana. Ben Weber came from Cincinnati Friday evening and returned Saturday with his wife and children who had visited John Ortman and wife for a week.
We thank friends and neighbors for kindness and sympathy during our mother Louisa Brockman’s illness death and burial. We also thank Rev Flantz Undertaker Sevringhaus for courteous conduct and St Paul’s Ladies Society for help during our bereavement.
Charles Stille of Sunman was killed Sunday near Greensburg after stepping onto the main track to change signal flags and was struck by passenger train No. 11. The 20 year old fireman died within twenty minutes. funeral held at Hubble Cemetery with the Ojibwa Tribe of Red Men in charge. Separate notes mention tax lists by First National Bank and local visits to Dayton, Kentucky.
New stock of wall paper announced for parlor dining room and kitchen at Gauck's store offering latest patterns for all rooms.

Also a social and bazaar by the Ladies Society of St John Church Huntersville to be held Easter Monday April 1 1907 at the Huntersville schoolhouse afternoon and evening refreshments served all invited.

Henry Siebert was ejected from Fred Meyer’s saloon last Sunday in a drunken state, picked up by town marshal J H Borgstedt and jailed overnight. At Squire Stone’s Monday hearing he was fined twenty five dollars plus costs totaling 29.50 with a warning that future offenses could reach the legal limit. The editorial urges stronger enforcement to curb drunkenness and saloon practices and to target saloonkeepers who exploit Sunday wages.

Frank Gutawiller Sunman printed bills for his Clydesdale horse. Wm St Clair and Jos Hittel were in Indianapolis on business. August Bloemer traveled to Cincinnati on business.
