Mr Herman Drees marked his birthday last Saturday then celebrated his and Mrs Drees fifty years of marriage with family and friends. Their daughter Mrs Fred Wilminck and three children joined on Saturday and Sunday while their son from Cincinnati arrived Sunday morning. Son Harry in Seattle sent regrets due to illness. War Sawv Ky relatives could not attend. The gathering was cheerful with plenty of refreshments.
