Special trains to see airship flights at the fair
The fair board arranged with Burling ton to run a special train on Wednesday and Thursday evenings for south line visitors to the fair. People from Thermopolis can ride regular trains at noon and return the same day for a 1 13 round trip fare. A $150 daily guarantee was needed to secure the two days of service. Races and band performances drew crowds as exhibits were expected to be in place by noon Wednesday. A moving picture show at the Elite drew a large crowd followed by a dance with the Lovell orchestra.

State tennis tournament concludes with Hamilton win
The Wyoming state tennis meet opened Friday with sixteen entries across singles and doubles. Oil magnate visits Basin on irrigation tour
C. J. Treat of Washington Pennsylvania, a major oil magnate and Baptist benefactor, toured Wyoming last Friday and Saturday en route to Casper for the state convention.
