Death of Mrs May in Basin Gardena Home
Mrs. Frank May died last Sunday at the home of her son W H May in Basin Gardena after a paralytic stroke endured the previous Thursday. Born Emery E May in 1860 at Corning New York she married Frank May in 1864. The family later lived in Michigan and Wisconsin before settling in Central City Nebraska where they have resided forty years. She is survived by her husband Col W H May a son and daughter in Central City and a daughter in California. She belonged to the M B church and was well regarded during her many visits here.

Remains Interred in City After Last Monday’s Service

Altman Fined in Liquor Transport Case in Billings

Lieut John Arnott Jr Named Deputy Game Warden
Governor Carey and State Game Warden Judkins appointed Lieut. John P. Arnott Jr. deputy game warden for Basin district. Arnott, a returning soldier, served from 1917 in Co C 3rd Wyoming Infantry and 116th and 156th trains, mustered out July 1 after 18 months overseas.

Up to yesterday 350 pupils enrolled this term in Basin schools with more expected.
