Kills Woman and Himself Near Lucerne Boarding Car
A Burlington brakeman Geo Ttragman shot Mrs Lottle Tolliver in a boarding car near Lucerne on Tuesday afternoon then killed himself. Tolliver, divorced from John Tolliver, had lived with Mrs Robert Tolliver. Bragman had long courted Tolliver but was rejected. He had been drinking after a leave and opened fire, injuring Mrs Tolliver before turning the gun on himself. Mrs Tolliver, born Louie Violet in Seaton Illinois, was 1851 born and had a child, Nettle Margaret. The shooting and funeral details follow with local mourning and grave arrangements.

Market Lotter Cattle Prices At Kansas City Stock Yards
Ninety five thousand head received last week with over half classified as stock cattle. Prices eased with best grades down 10 to 15 cents, middle grades a quarter, cheap cattle 35 to 60 lower. Heavy movements to Utah Montana Michigan Iowa Missouri and Illinois, total outgo 49,000 head. Receipts today 21,000 cattle, market steady on Killing Kinds, stock cattle unevenly higher. Prime heavy cattle at 9.10, stock steers 6.50 to 7.35, feeders 6.75 to 7.60, calves up to 10.00. Continuous activity through the week with higher prices for some classes.

The Big Horn County Fair association held a meeting in the secretary’s office. L E Watson cites at least 150 horses expected in hard home races and several gallopers. The wikiweet department and baby wagon contest draw crowds, with sectional agricultural exhibits drawing countywide participation. An automobile parade each evening is planned with decorated lights. A downtown entertainment feature and high class acts are promised. Groundwork will begin immediately to have the fairgrounds ready by opening day. Burlington officials tour Hasin and announce triweekly Casper service
A five car Burlington special train passed Hasin before noon Monday on its way south on a new road. General Agent D Hunter of Billings accompanied the party and said operations would start a triweekly service between here and Casper by the end of next month. The train will mix freight and passenger use until the line is completed to Orin Junction or traffic demands more.
