In Big Horn county the Taft campaign gains a large apparent lead as Mondell and others rally supporters. Iowa reports growing Republican unity for Taft with Roosevelt remaining a critic of the administration’s policies. The piece notes Republican prosperity and predicts Taft’s strength nationwide, while Democratic candidate Woodrow Wilson is criticized for outdated economic theories.
