The United States Land Office in Buffalo Wyoming issues a contest against Roy H Nichols homestead entry No 2860 made January 2 1903 for the W2 SE2 Sec 2 T46N R94W alleging Nichols died intestate May 7 1903 leaving no heirs and that land was never resided on or improved. Contestants must appear and offer evidence by June 24 1905 with final hearing July 10 1905 before the Register and Receiver at the Buffalo land office. Publication ordered due to unsuccessful personal service.
