Basin Wyoming council met March 1 1920 with Mayor Wise and five councilmen present. Bills approved include treasurer deputy 100, labor 38.40, lineman 135, printing 48, gas 581.46, electric supplies 11.65, coal 177.56, and rebates 600 awaiting review. Motion to cooperate with the state highway department for a culvert and fill at Collins Gulch up to 2500 was approved.
